Welcome to the AR Prevention website! This site is a centralized resource for Arkansans and others who are interested in understanding and preventing substance use and associated health problems in our communities, with informational tools and media, reports on the current and past status of substance use and related outcomes, data presentations from the Statewide Epidemiological Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW) and contact information of core SEOW members. In the coming months, you will see additions and improvements to this website as we try to spread the word about substance use and its accompanying problems.

This blog will be an ongoing source of information and updates about the prevention efforts around the state and work of the SEOW. You’ll see posts addressing a variety of subjects pertaining to substance use and its prevention, all designed to expand Arkansans’ awareness of substance use prevention efforts and resources to help address substance use in their own communities.
